Have you considered a future auto-leveling sensor (like a BL-Touch or similar)? It's a popular mod, might want to consider it, but I don't see a place for it. Fine now, but you should keep it in mind if you add additional functionality.

A MicroSD card can consume ~150 mA, each motor driver board ~15mA, so you have about 160mA headroom. The regulator on the nucleo is good for 500 mA, the STM32F446RET6U on it can consume 125 mA itself, so you have about 375 mA.
It appears you are expecting the 3.3v on the Nucleo board to power all your logic (motor drivers, thermistors, etc.) as well. (Perhaps one is tied high on the breakout module?) I may be blind, but it looks like the nets X_RST, Y_RST, Z_RST, and E_RST (well, the barred versions) are not driven anywhere? I'm not familiar with the A4988 and I don't see any mention of tying them together in the datasheet (and it appears they are both inputs). Depending on the power supply you're using, you might also want to consider some inrush current limiting. At a minimum, I would add a fuse on the +12V input. You likely have a high current power supply coming into it. Your input power has no protection on it. You should have some gate resistance, especially as I would not expect a very high frequency for the heater MOSFETs. In fact, IRLZ44 is probably better in nearly every meaningful way (again, just from the summary). I haven't done any simulations or compared more than the summary on the datasheets, but both IRLZ44PBF and FQP30N06L might be suitable. It supports the PC to install the drivers automatically and link the board to it without relying on any third interface. The USB can be attached to the board through pins and its USB port. Sometimes method developers can find it difficult due to their limited data on the internet. The board STM32F401RE supports multiple debug methods, which allows the user to test and program the controller in multiple ways. In lower power electronics and robots, the board is quick to implement due to its wide research on the internet.Nucleo F401RE is friendly to the industrial structure systems. The board is widely used in the IoT system.Total 8 Timers (6 of 16-bit, 2 of 32-bit)
